Dear Member,
To ensure our Club continues to meet its obligations in relation to COVID-19 contact tracing. We will be implementing a digital-based tracing system to monitor the movements of members and visitors entering the Club House. This can be accessed through our website home page or by clicking here. This will remove the need for paper-based sign-in and reduce the paperwork associated with the current process.
All persons or family groups entering the Club must use this system. A link and QR code to complete the sign-in process is attached to this email, available through the club social media, on our website and will be displayed at entry points to the Club.
We would also like to encourage all members to download the Australian Government COVIDSafe app to your smartphone. With everyone working together, we can ensure that the Club remains open and we can continue to keep our members and the public safe.
